Summary

PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
* The main objective of the project is to build the island administrative infrastructure to better serve the purpose of governance. This is also among the objectives of the Strategic Action Plan of the government.
PROJECT DISCRIPTION/ MAIN COMPONENTS
* Sh. Milandhoo Office Block is a single storey building when completed.It would be with a six section heads office, two office heads office, one council bureau office, island court, store room, tea room, wash area waiting room, island office. bedroom, sitting room, toilets, kitchen, dining room, common sitting room, godown, server room, guard room, temporary office heads room, open/ central air well, stairs, water feature with all internal office space partitioned. It would be completed with electricity supplied and an effluent soak pit sewer system installed. All foundation pads, tie beams, columns, staircases, first floor slab, attached beams, roof beam, balcony wall, shade, roof slab; RC gutter would be with reinforced concrete. It also includes stainless steel stair case railings and partitions done with Gypsum board ceiling and partitions.
