2) Roof sheets laying 100% completed.
3) External and internal wall masonry 55% completed.
4) Erection of stair case started, 15% completed.
5)Floor leveling and reinforcement for floor screeding 70% completed.
6) Masonry works 65% complete.
Delays:
The project has been delayed due to issues with contractor and currently they are completing the project.

2) To enhance the usage rate of industrial zone in Hulhumale'.
Scope of the Project:
1) To develop 10 garage units at the size of 80sqm to conduct light industrial works.
2) To develop surrounding road infrastructure.
